This could be a Sharp-shinned Hawk or a Coopers Hawk?  Do you have any other pictures of this Hawk?
Leaning toward a Sharpie.

This is the only photo I have.  After reading up on the differences between the two hawks, I believe it may be a Cooper's Hawk.  This bird was as large as a crow which they say is more the size of a Cooper's Hawk.  I understand a Sharpie is more the size of a blue jay.

SW OH 1/4 acre suburban yard w/ many trees, bushes, brush piles. Forest ½ mile away. 2 thistle, 1 Squirrel Buster, 1 hopper, 1 suet.
